ChatLinx is a local, browser-based continuity tool designed to help organise and continue AI-assisted workflows. It does not provide AI responses itself and is not affiliated with any AI provider.
2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for any content entered into the system and any actions taken based on AI outputs. ChatLinx does not verify, validate or endorse AI responses.
3. Data Storage
All task data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. No data is transmitted to external servers by ChatLinx. Data entered into external AI platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms.
4. No Guarantees
ChatLinx is provided "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for any particular purpose. No liability is accepted for outcomes arising from its use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ChatLinx for illegal activity, harmful or abusive content, or misuse of AI-generated outputs.
6. Changes
Features and behaviour may change without notice as the product evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

External AI Platforms
When you copy a Context Pack and paste it into an external AI platform (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.), that platform's own privacy policy applies. ChatLinx has no control over or responsibility for external platforms.
Data Loss
Clearing your browser storage will remove all ChatLinx data permanently. Users are responsible for any backups required.
ChatLinx does not process, store or transmit personal data. All information remains on your device.
